work in progress ..

So about 7 weeks into the training and disciplined clean eating, here are two current pics:

Still a long way to go but I am beginning to feel stronger. There is no stopping me now :)

And here's my journal entry:

Workout: Turbo Kick

Breakfast: banana

After workout snack: protein shake

Lunch: whole wheat pasta with pesto verde

Dinner: Chinese takeout, veggies with rice
